Wanted to get both homeowners and vehicle insurance quoted. Spoke with a Mr. Washington. I wanted to send my declaration pages for both the homeowners and vehicle via email. He got angry and hung up on me because he did not catch my first name. All I can say is WOW! Horrible customer service. I guess they do not need the business.

Awesome customer service, love that we can pick up a phone & call our agent and get an immediate answer rather than calling a 1-800 # & talking to someone different every time. We have had to make insurance claims over the years - hassle free. We rest easy knowing that we are in good hands!

This company really does scam you. Always look around for better prices. I was paying $240 for insurance on my car and called around and got it $140 cheaper for the same policy! ALSO IF YOU HAVE A BUSINESS DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR ANY ADDITIONAL INSURANCES. Big time scammers
