Very personalized and professional service from this office and state farm. I have been a customer for years. My insurance is bundled and affordable. Recently needed emergency roadside assistance and due to events, I needed additional assistance that everyone pulled together and went over and above at assisting me to resolve in a stressful situation. I dont know about Jake, but I couldn't be more grateful for these ladies- Tricia, Bethany, Becky, even Natasha in claims, are professional, helpful, pleasant but EFFICIENT. You definitely want them on your team when things go south! 5 🌟. Definitely. Recommend.

My wife and I recently switched insurance companies. We did our research and decided to go with State Farm. We contacted the Tricia Melnichak agency in Shiloh. We met with Holly King a representative of that agency and told her we wanted the same exact coverages we currently had with our present company. I worked with Lisa today on updating my property insurance, as well as a couple of weeks ago on updating my vehicle insurance, and she is an absolute pleasure.
