I would highly recommend using Anna Maria Chiaverini's office. The customer service is outstanding. I mostly deal directly with James Henney. He is fantastic! I just added homeowner's insurance to my policy. He took the time to thoroughly explain each section of the coverage and answer all of my questions. Allstate definitely had the best rates for renters, auto, and homeowners insurance with excellent coverage.

Anna had helped through getting my own car insurance for the first time, adding my husband, switching states, adding a house and switching states again. I always feel educated and taken care of by her and her team. I can’t recommended enough for those that need educated through the process. Appreciate all you do!

I have been a customer with All State and Anna's agency for 14 years. They have been excellent in terms of serving me as a customer. Insurance companies use different set of logic to estimate risk, and it seems the agents have no control over this. In my current situation, All State is not a good option for me. In your particular case if All State gives you a good rate, I would highly recommend Anna as an agent.
