Please if anyone is reading this be aware of state farm in general but especially this location you are forewarned the women who work here are the worst customer service you will ever come across they have the worst attitudes you can deal with they have a very small town attitude like customers that keep them in business ruin their day you can rarely to little speak to the person who's name is own this location the front desk clerk will try her hardest to keep him from speaking to you they are EXTREMELY RUDE impatient and don't dare ask for a discount they take that as disrespect I wish I canceled my policy because of it called in to cancel just to not deal with it and they kept my home owners insurance on knowing I canceled my entire policy with them so that they can charge me for an add

I have held my insurance policies with this company for many years and have always found them to be very professional. Any time I have a question, it is met with a patient reply. I never feel rushed and I appreciate the dumbing down of technical jargon when I request it. Definitely recommend Travis and his crew.
