For my first experience in getting auto insurance, I'm lucky that I found Adrian as my Erie insurance agent. He's professional and attentive. I always thought that all the insurance companies just try to get as much money as they can from you, but Adrian actually helped me to lower my insurance premiums by pointing out there's certain things I could have changed. Very unprofessional. Below zero stars. 1 star is to high. Adrian told me he was to busy for me and he refused my business. He claimed he send me an email for proof of residency that i never received and claimed i ignored him. His ego was hurt for an email he never sent. How hard was it to resend an email? Telling me he didn't have the time to deal with me. I am a business owner and thats not how you speak to new potential customers that want to use your services.
