If I could give a negative rating I would. They are not very good to their policy holders. We filed a claim it says 7 to 10 business day we have been waiting for a month. Now they say there wasn't a paper given there was 58 pages of medical documents given. No call backs like promised. Can't talk to representatives in claims. We have paid in for 14yrs and now when we need them the most.
