Quan Trang is an awesome agent, I originally spoke to him earlier in 2025 and at the time, State Farm wouldn’t insure me but he informed me that the thing on my record that was preventing me from getting insurance from them would fall off in December 2025. I had forgotten about it until he proactively called me on January 9th to inform me they would now be able to insure me, and in doing so saved me over $100 per month switching to State Farm. If he hadn’t called me, I likely wouldn’t have remembered and stayed with my other insurance provider that never gave me any indication they were planning on lowering their rates as much as I was able to save by switching to State Farm. I am grateful that he proactively called me and was impressed that he did since we had originally spoken only once

This place has always been able to get me right with my insurance and get it done for me fast and make it super easy for me. I was able to get help from Quan Trang, and he was able to get me right with my home/car insurance. Never makes it hard for the customer, patient, respectful and gets things done efficiently. I would recommend this place to anyone!
