Moved my money out of my IRA account without notifying me. I haven’t received my tax documents yet and was put on hold for an hour and still wasn’t able to get hold of anyone. They closed my position when I was down 4k. Despicable Three years done going in four years I still have no idea where my money was moved and trying to move to another brokerage is absolute pain in ass. They are still holding it

Very good broker who knows his business well. I am a retired benefits director. I appreciated his knowledge of Medicare products. He was able to switch me from a Medicare Advantage program to Plan G.

This company is despicable. My wife had worked for this company for over 30 years now retired she missed 1 monthly payment for our health care. This was because of 2 deaths in Florida within 1 week and travel. The health care package was part of her retirement package and was dropped like a hot potato. Was it because she was a diabetic and needs insulin? Maybe so. In an appeal she was denied even though they accepted 2 month payments but than returned the money in a Transamerica check. Up until now she was a model employee and to be treated this way, why if not the high cost of insulin.

This company has a habit of being difficult to work with in regards to transfer money out and excessive fees. Three weeks trying to transfer an account out. What a waste of my time. Go to Vanguard, at least much better to deal with in regards of support.

this co screwed me out of my wife"s Life ins of $10,000 dollars i have been with this co. since 1996 never missed a payment after she passed in oct 2016 i called them and they said it was a accidental death & dismemberment policy i asked them 2 send me a copy of the policy that i signed they sent me a printed policy of the acct & dism policy without my signature they just printed out something they had around and i am out the money i was going to use 4 her funeral they did the old bait and switch i paid for 20 years and got nothing THANKS TRANSAMERICA YOU SUCK
