First with this agent. Went way better then old agent. Though didn't talk much. Did help with my claim some. Claim went well once allstate got more involved. Was routed to closes repair shop. Help shop with my vehicle. Being a Chevy SSR. Shop was not quite up to date on them so helped when needed. Then when done shop gave me vehicle back as finished but wasn't. Even damaged parts not in accident. Got this agent involved set me into local Allstate agent covering that shop. Straighten everything out. Vehicle was taken back and made right. Closes they could without having to paint how truck because blending black is tuff. All in all worked out great. Being rare I had to find those damaged pairs. Bought and gave to shop to replace.
