15 MINUTE BEFORE APPOINTMENT CALLED AGENT TO SEE IF SHE NEEDED DIRECTIONS. SHE COMPLETELY FORGOT ABOUT THE APPOINTMENT & WANTED RESCHDULE. NEVER HEARD OF SOMETHING LIKE THAT.
