I have been with this company for three years. Before Ida, Danielle was always looking for the best price for homeowners insurance while also looking at a reputable company that could handle hurricane claims if such a need arose. Last year, she emphasized the cost of wood was going up, so I needed to increase coverage. The homeowners rate went up, but she emphasized I needed to accept the increase so that I would be fully covered. Well, Ida happened on August 29, 2021. Thankfully, I was fully insured. However, it is was what happened after Ida that will make me a Terrebonne Insurance Agency customer for life.
