Absolutely the worse customer service ever. Traci Hall lacks Communication skills with customers, she purposely ignore phone calls and doesn’t respond back after leaving messages via email, text and or voicemail. I’ve been calling Mrs. Hall for a month now after canceling services. After Mrs. Hall has Acknowledge that she owes me money back Mrs. Hall then cut off all contact and yet to get back to me with a response for my refund. Although I’m aware of refund process It should not take a full month. However if refund process takes longer Traci Hall should communicate with her customers, answer their calls and or communicate via email.
