He was very patient, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly with me despite all of the difficult insurance issues I would be coming to his office with. His customer service was exceptional, far from what I had experienced in the past. And, from that day forth, each time I have spoken to him, or his staff, I feel assured that I made the right choice in choosing his office.
