Tower Hill Insurance

Tower Hill’s claim agent and response to a slight disaster at my house restored some faith in insurance companies. Very prompt response and follow up. Professional and quite pleasant, given the circumstances. From day one to the final disposition of the claim was very quick (just two weeks!). They have my ringing endorsement.

My experience with Tower Hill was great. Very friendly adjuster. He did a great job explaining the process, shaping my expectations, and answering my questions. The service was very fast. It was about two weeks from the time I filed the claim to having funds transferred to my bank account. I have multiple properties and plan to insure all of them with Tower Hill.

EDIT: Tower Hill reached out to me following this review and apologized for my experience. They said they are working to correct the issue(s) and asked if they could do anything else for me. I have changed my rating to 4 stars and would recommend them going forward. Only not giving 5 stars because of the initial frustration I endured. As a new homeowner, I never imagined I'd have to file a claim 8 months after moving in. But, I did purchase a 50+ year old home, so I can't say I was that surprised. We had water damage due to a blockage in the laundry pipe that caused overflow. Beware Not sure where to begin... 2, TWO months ago we purchased a 2005 mobile home. Paid for the 4-point which supposedly was fine since we've paid $514 to them so far which was about 1/4 of our yearly premium and was required to set up autopay which we did. November 22nd we received a cancelation notice for things that originally passed including supply lines that are not braided steel under our kitchen sink. I have a picture of the braided steel supply lines under my kitchen sink. Not even a courtesy call to let us know replace the supply lines and a perfectly good water heater my electrician husband said was fine when we bought the home. All this would have been easy to fix.
