Horrible company. Don’t waste your money purchasing their service contracts. I canceled my service contract with them, which I never used the service. They never sent me my refund check. I called many times, I even exchanged email with one of their staff who promised would have this resolved. Well, since October I am waiting for the damn check. Five months have passed, and nothing. Each call is a new lie and nothing changes. At this point I have gathered enough proof of their BS service and I am ready to take legal action.

Took vehicle in for 2nd time in two weeks at 7:00 am. At 8:00 not ready so went to breakfast. At 10:00 am still not done. Manger said it would take 3 hours. That was three house. Went with friends. At 1:30 took 45 minutes a to do paperwork. For 1200 dollars I think she could have at least brought my vehicle around. Another 20 minutes looking for it myself. Finally got help and even he had trouble finding it. A 2023 Highlander should not need this much attention. Maybe have to consider something else next year!

I was taking my car in for a warranty fix and according to them they can only cover with David mcdavid or park place dealerships I explained that I’ve taken my car to David mcdavid before 2 seperate times for the same issues I’m still having as of now, I’m not able to take it to a dealership where there is a technician that has a really good rep on fixing transmissions. And I also would like to add that both dealerships have told me they’ve never heard of a warranty company that is dealer specific.

So I bought my first 2016 Ram 1500. Took it for maintenance at Larry H Miller on 104th. I purchased a deal for three oil changes. My first one went okay and they recommended back breaks needed to be done along with a few minor things. Second time recently I went back for my oil change and no recommendation for anything and they said they did a tire rotation when in fact they didn't. I pointed out to the service manager and he pulled up the security camera and seen for himself that they didn't rotate my tires. He didn't seem to worried about it and hesitant to offer an apology. Hard to get good service nowadays. So no, I don't recommend Larry H. Miller. 👎👎
