John Matson - State Farm Insurance Agent

What a great experience! I was looking to quote car insurance as my previous carrier increases became cost-prohibitive. When I got the quote from Brian Jones at John Matson's office, it seemed too good to be true. I was able to talk to Brian on the phone. He gave me the time needed to answer all my questions. While we made some minor changes it only increased my monthly charge $20 from the original quote (which was significantly less than what I have been paying to begin with). In addition, he offered me an amazing quote on renters insurance (which provided a bundle discount to the car insurance) and I'm looking at life insurance. My confidence in Brian is high and I love having a person I can reach out to vs a random chatbot. Highly recommend Brian and John!

It's hard to know how to start the compliments, because they are numerous! In all my years dealing with insurance (about 57 years), this has been the best experience so far. I shop my auto insurance every year to make sure I'm getting the best rate. This time State Farm was lowest. Amie from the John Matson Agency followed up, and she was terrific - thorough, pleasant, great sense of humor, and the list could go on and on. (No, she's not a relative or friend...never met her.) If I emailed a question after purchasing the policies, she responded IMMEDIATELY! Soon I was contacted by their office to say that John Matson wanted to talk with me on the phone to get acquainted. I was offered a great quote. The best part is that when I was shopping for quotes through a third-party service, State Farm was the only one that offered the actual number up front rather than gatekeeping it through layers of asking and digging through personal information. Brian from State Farm was fantastic. Their customer service live up to the standards they advertise!

Brian Jones was amazing. He was quick to respond, send quotes and comparables, and followed up. He got us insured right away when we were ready, and we saved so much money. I had an amazing experience with State Farm Insurance while being a new client to them, had a situation with an accident and they treated me like if I had been with them for years, the whole team was on top of everything I had little to no un answered questions since they covered it all, I changed a few things on my policy to help my situation and it went as sooth as I could possibly hope for, I appreciate a team that takes care and has pride doing their job at hand. 10/10 Would Recomend!!!
