Over the course of 7 years, I had numerous policies with Tosa Insurance with premiums in excess of $7k per year (auto, home, multiple rental properties, umbrella, etc). In general, Erie Insurance was fine, however, Tosa Insurance was highly unpleasant to deal with. Since there are many other purveyors of Erie Insurance, I would recommend you look elsewhere. In my life, I have had four insurance agencies -- the other three have provided prompt, customer friendly, professional service. This one is the outlier. She was extremely responsive via phone and email, and sent me an estimate on my homeowners insurance, by using public information, so I didn't have to look for any documents, or send any additional info.
