I recently had a very concerning experience with this company while shopping for home and auto insurance. After receiving quotes from several other providers, I was contacted by this company and told they would not be able to offer coverage due to my husband. This was confusing, as my husband is not on the mortgage, so I asked for clarification. The explanation I received raised red flags around the color of my husabnds skin. I was told they had pulled his consumer report without clearly informing us beforehand, and that his past credit history was a factor in their decision. This felt invasive and unexpected.
