In fact they showed me how to save on my insurance and provided the absolute best rate for myself and several coworkers. They are the definition of an office that prioritizes the customer. If you get a chance to talk to Felicia she is great, super kind and excellent communication. She actually doesn’t stop communicating with you until the issue is resolved and she gets back to you so quick. Really wonderful people, do not go with another insurance office. This is the one for you, you won’t regret it.

Customer service - especially Leslie- has been top notch. Just this week, I reached out to them again after my previous insurance provider kept raising rates over the years. I saved more than $1000 switching to State Farm with Tony. Leslie could not have been more helpful throughout this entire process. She was very responsive and always answered my phone calls and emails. She provided documentation quickly so I could cancel my other policies. Payment is very easy with them. So far I am enjoying the excellent customer service and I look forward to many more years with State Farm.
