Sabrina Smith was the easiest agent i have ever dealt with. Made the process very convenient for me and went above and beyond!

This agency provides excellent customer service. They are there to help, quickly, if you need new quotes. Agencies can give better rates temporarily but good customer service is hard to come by.

My account was transferred to this location from the Charles Lokoski firm in Dundalk without my knowledge. VERY unfortunate as I really liked the team at that location. SHELLY at the Alan Jones (Essex) location is VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. However, there's another older woman who works there who is EXTREMELY RUDE & VILE. SHE is the reason for this review. The ONLY reason that I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is because of Shelly. Needless to say I will DEFINITELY be transferring my account to another farmers.
