I've been with this company for years.And today , I got told that i'm only allowed to have my truck tow Once And I don't know if that Is 1 month or one year And I'm gonna say this. I have not ever had this type of issue with this company. They like this, so the next thing I'm gonna do tomorrow is I'm gonna be report this to the Better business biewer Because I should not have to go through this when I'll shell out.Over $233 a month for the full coverage insurance

Katelyn is 10 steps above, Jake from state farm could never compare to Katelyn from geico. She stayed on the phone with me for at least an hour while I was at the DMV after having been there for 5 hours prior. She fixed everything, answered all of my questions and was so kind polite and clear I could not have had a better experience honestly. This woman deserves a promotion, a raise, and if I could tip her I would. 100/10

I tried to get a quote online last week and wanted to confirm the start date before I paid so called the office, left a message about making a quote. Twice this week since, I have received calls from their office and after I answer I get hung up on. When I call back I get lengthy recordings in Spanish and then a recording saying no one is in the office. I was ready to purchase a policy. If this is how they sell a policy, I can't imagine trying to settle a claim. When Amber, the receptionist, answered, she didn't like hearing any on this and just wanted to get to the quote. I was rear-ended & needed to get a form to Geico for them to process. I took the completed form to the North Charleston branch & the receptionist faxed the form for me so I didn't have to pay to fax it. I love Geico..huge savings in car for insurance.

I called Geico to get insurance quote after going through all my information and getting my card information as well she said the payment didn't go through yet the underwriters had to quit had some concerns I called back another late young lady answered the phone this person said after reviewing my information she was going to charge me $186 then 5 minutes later she said no it's going to cost you $286 so these people in this insurance company are not ethically sound at all they just make up numbers and I don't even know from that point because I was so upset that they would bounce around like that that I let the whole thing go and later got insured with US AA for $154 for the same vehicle with the same information that they said would cause them to charge me $286 they are incredible unethi
