When my previous insurance company kept raising rates, I started shopping. Had quite a few quotes but State Farm was by far the best quote for the same coverage and their representatives are wonderful to work with. So happy with the switch and the savings!

I am getting beyond frustrated with this agency. It has been 5 month. Transferred my wife’s policy over to mine. We’re still being charged separate. We were quoted half the amount they’re charging me - I was told the credits will reflect following months, next month same charge. They don’t answer emails, very seldom answer calls. When they do answer, carry a chip on their shoulders and don’t care what you have to say. Edit: I’ll add it onto here since I can’t leave another review. He was very kind, efficient, and took the time to clearly answer all of my questions. He guided me through the entire process, and I ended up very satisfied and happy with my insurance policy.
