As far as I am concerned, Eva-Michelle walks on water!!! Every time I call Cynthis D'Amico's office I ask for her because I know she has the information I want or, if I have any issue, she will track down the solution until the problem is fully resolved. I think she deserves a raise!!!

Esther is a god send - she set me up with a fantastic policy very quickly. She is friendly as can be and is very informative and follows up. She truly had my best interest in mind with selecting the right policy criteria. I highly recommend calling this office to get a quote - you'd be surprised and you'll feel taken care of.

Alex Sotelo is and always will be one of my top reasons for sticking with State Farm and this office specifically. Disappointed with Lack of Guidance and Support After being a loyal State Farm customer for nearly 30 years, I'm deeply disappointed with the service I received during my recent move to South Carolina. Here are the main issues I encountered: 1- Lack of information: When I changed my address, I was not informed about the requirements to transfer my policy to South Carolina. This led to me unknowingly breaking the law and paying higher Florida premiums unnecessarily. 2- Poor communication: The agent failed to provide clear guidance on how to handle insurance matters when moving between states. 3- Insufficient assistance: When I needed help providing proof of insurance to the South Carolina DMV, the agent was unable to offer meaningful support or alternatives. 4-Lack of proactive customer

I have to compliment one of your agents. I would give 100 stars if it let me! Alex Sotelo is by far the best insurance agent I have ever had! He is incredibly helpful, courteous, and goes above and beyond to answer any questions I have had. He is always looking out for my best interest and I am so thankful to have him!
