Tony DeMichele - State Farm Insurance Agent

I recently had to renew my coverage and I worked with Nick. He made getting insurance a pleasure. I had to edit my review because quite honestly I have never been thrilled with this agent or his staff. I was with State Farm for over 40 years and after my initial quote the price went up. When I called to ask why the woman wouldn't let me talk to Nick and was quite curt. I feel that loyal customers deserve better customer service. All customers deserve better customer service than what you get with this agent with the exception of Nick. After this experience I found that I could get a better rate elsewhere. So I called to cancel my policy. The woman never asked why to even rectify the situation. The entire call lasted less than 30 seconds. Nice way to treat a customer that has been with your

Tony’s staff is very professional, diligent and prompt. Even after the policy is sold. Hard stuff to come by in this line of work especially in our town. State Farm’s rates are about as reasonable as they get too. Look no further!
