My boyfriend’s car was hit THREE days ago by one of Bort Insurance policy holders, she was at fault. He works and made contact with a person in the office the morning after while he was at work and asked for any further communication take place after 3pm when he gets out of work. Someone else called back at 10am and left a voicemail stating he can call her back but not to leave more than one voicemail as it would delay the claim? Listening to voicemails delays the claim? How exactly does that work? And conveniently NO call yesterday or today. Now he’s left taking spending money on Ubers after working twelve hour shifts! This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I have been with Bort insurance for years. I have never had a complaint. They offer great coverages, competitive rates, and the one on one customer care is outstanding. Recently, I had a claim and was promptly taken care of with great attention to details. They did all the work to make sure I was in a safe, suitable vehicle for my large family. They called me to check in while work was being done on my vehicle, and truly went above and beyond. They set the bar pretty high when it comes to taking care of you. Highly recommend!
