I just submitted my first claim, for hail damage, and had prompt, excellent, professional service, first from this office and then especially the State Farm claims adjuster, Sandy Austen. Over years I have had modest questions about things and I was always able to get my questions answered quickly and easily over the phone.

This insurance company is practically impossible to get in touch with. The first thing on their recording is "don't hang up and call us again if you are getting this message". Well, obviously this is the way they do business or you wouldn't be told this. It could say something like, thank you for holding, we are on another line and will be with you as soon as possible or if you would like to leave a message, you may do so my selecting #?. Also, how do you know who you need to speak with when you get a list of 6 people to choose from and all that you are needing is to talk to somebody. I would NOT recommend this insurance agency to anyone. I finally got a call back by just selecting a number at random and was told to fax a request for verification of insurance to a number and am still
