My son got approved get his roof fix. I had to go in action. 1st time adjuster decline it. I got involve. Second adjusters came he got approved. Now 3 months later roof company call said his deductible 1000. And he also end up owe roof company a 1000 as well. This insurance does not tell you how policy set up. Be warn ask questions. This worse insurance company I ever seen

So tornadoes rip through Arkansas in late May and two weeks later we get letters telling us that Farmer’s is pulling out of Arkansas all together in July! Way to take our money and run!!!! I had NO damage and I’m losing my homeowner’s insurance. Every place I call for quotes they want about FOUR TIMES MORE than I was paying with Farmers! That would raise my mortgage by about $400/month! I’m on SSDI and Social Security hasn’t come close to keeping up with inflation. I can’t afford it! I’ll be homeless by the end of summer! Clearly their profits are more important than people’s lives!

Company dropped my home owners policy, with VAGUE explanation to my agent. When I called the company directly, they refused to give me any details or other options for home insurance, skirted around my questions and just stated their policies had changed and they insured "like new" properties, did not even ask for my policy number to look at my policy... I'm very disappointed in the "communication" or lack thereof of this company.

Poor communication and never followed up. Had to be pursued for answers. We were not looking for full roof replacement coverage only a little help after a recent storm caused wind and hail damage that was confirmed by two separate roofers. The agent and adjuster insist this falls under normal wear and tear and is not covered by our policy. And denied the claim.

there is no less then one star for this worse experience . I switch to different insurance company I call for correction of my refunds (my annual premium was paid for year) lady got panic and start accusing me you are one of the person...... and hangup middle of conversation. It was very immature/unprofessional response . I wont recommend to anyone go with this insurance company .
