Tommy Feist

We recently discovered that our home owners insurance was not going to renew our policy. We asked our neighbors for some agent recommendations and received great feedback about Tommy Feist. He quickly worked on our policy, took pictures of our home within a few days of our call and had our policy up and running within a week. He is very responsive by phone and email and was kind enough to explain the pros/cons of another quote. I also called another local Farmer's agent and he told me there was no way Farmer's would cover us, despite trying all angles, which was incorrect. Tommy's professional and helpful attitude will keep us working with him in the future.

Tommy was great to work with in my transition from another insurance company to Farmer's for both my homeowners and my auto insurance. I asked a LOT of questions that I imagine most insurance shoppers don't ask, but Tommy was patient with each one, and for those he didn't have an answer to, he researched the topic and got back to me quickly. I worked with Tommy in Sept 2021. I would highly recommend Tommy. While I was working to buy my home, wildfires were going wild, freaking out most home insurance companies in Colorado. Tommy was able to meet the fire mitigation requirements after coming out to my prospective home right away. Had he not been so prompt, I might not be the happy home owner I am today.
