Farmers Insurance - John Bradley

We really appreciate John Bradley, his office, and his staff. They really do treat you like a family member. We had a lot of changes in our lives last year and throughout the whole time of making multiple changes on our policies, John, Gage, Nicole, and Kathy were SO awesome and patient with us. They really took the time to listen to us and you can honestly tell they care. Woodland Park is truly lucky to have John and his staff up here. You all are great! The staff and agents are always caring and friendly when questions come up. There are times when there seems to be some confusion or lack of knowledge regarding pricing. It took days to find out about the bundled pet insurance pricing and then months later, our auto insurance went down considerably, only to go back up the next month because of something unexplained. This gives pause and while I'm glad we aren't being dropped from coverage like many people seem to be, it's not always easy to know what's going on at Farmer's. In addition, we are currently looking at coverage for a roof replacement due to the summer hail storm. The potential roofer has had to return several times to provide proof of the damage. The individual who came with the claims agent to photograph the roof was very rude

John and his team do a great job and always has your best interest at heart.

Kathy Lau is the best! She is always so helpful, and fixes any problem!!
