Tom Trubac - State Farm Insurance Agent

Tom is the most honest and trustworthy agent in the business! Staff is wonderful and happy to answer questions.

The agents and representatives at the Trubac Agency are very competent, professional, helpful and pleasant to work with. We feel that they always have our best interests as clients at heart. They have guided us through changes in Michigan insurance laws, changes in our family situations and goals, and, of course, those challenging situations when a claim must be filed and processed. But our actions speak louder than words. We have been satisfied customers for over, at least, twenty years, and even after we moved out of the local area.

Worst company ever to go through for insurance! I'm never able to talk with my assigned agent directly, EVERYTHING has to go through his wife/secretary, Sherri Trubac, who is extremely unprofessional and rude. I've been with State Farm for several years, and really wish I hadn't wasted my money on them! About 3 years ago I went in to talk with them about insuring my home. While the girl at the front was helping me, Sherri came out of her office and started telling me about how my house couldn't be insured because there had been a break in and because of other unrelated (and untrue) gossip from the neighborhood! First red flag. My husband was involved in an accident on December 26, 2015. The roads were terrible and the car had rolled several times before it was stopped by the guard rail

I am a new customer to Tom's office and immediately felt like I've been there for years. The staff already remembers me by name and remembers my situation, which I appreciate. I came to State Farm for the rates, but am impressed with not only the rates, but the impeccable service that I receive each time that I need anything. I can pay my bill right there in the office, or call it in if I don't have time to stop, which is very convenient for my busy schedule. As most people, I don't know what all of the insurance lingo means, and they took the time to go over each and every coverage with me so that I know what I am paying for before I was even a customer of theirs. I cannot say enough positive things about this office. Thank you!

Sherri and her family are the best! Not only do they provide the best coverage, but the best price as well. They really care, and it shows. 10/10 recommend that you call or visit and see what you're missing!!
