State farm has saved me so much money, and I get more services from them for it. I pay less for more. Their customer service is awesome, and they helped a ton a few months when I got into an accident. Great service and great coverage for a great price

(ZERO STARS) TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!! If I could leave zero stars, I would which is why I decided to cancel my renter's insurance policy with them. I felt like I was robbed not just by when my home was broken into, but now a second time by these people, because it was very difficult for me to get in touch with someone & I was already dealing with so much because of the break in & these people did not make it easy for me. I felt like I was robbed by these people because I didn't even get cut a check for my stolen property so I had to start off brand new by paying out of pocket which all of my stuff or even most of my stuff should have been covered by my renter's insurance policy.
