Tom Sweeney - State Farm Insurance Agent

My experience with State Farm and Tom Sweeney's office has been incredibly frustrating. It takes multiple times of me attempting to contact the office to receive a response. I've been attempting to reach the office over the last few months through text, email, website chat, phone and have still not had my issue resolved. Manheim may be small, but I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone I know to this insurance office.

Tom has consistently provided customer service that is responsive, professional, and personalized. Perhaps of greatest value is that Tom's way of doing all that he does is of the highest ethical quality. When dealing with the complexities of insurance coverage, you need a point of contact that you can take at their word. Tom is that individual. We utilize him for our auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, and umbrella policy. He is definitely a "standout" in his field.
