There are moments in life when you’re reminded that giving up isn’t always the end of the story—and this is one of those moments for me. Early in our marriage, we had life insurance in place. If I could leave zero Stars I would! I called Hess Agency for a car insurance quote and spoke to Lauren. She told me she would get back to me the same day are by the next morning. It's been 2 weeks now and never received a call back from her! Apparently your company has too much money and doesn't want any new business! Shame on you!!!! UPDATE...... Corey: Thank you in advance for confirming what i already knew... You stated your system shows 1 week ago inquiring received a call back which never happened. Even if it did which it didn't, how do you explain it took 1 week for a call back when I was told I would receive a call back that same day or at the latest the next morning...
