I have been a long-time State Farm policyholder and have trusted your company to provide fair and reliable coverage. Over the years, I have insured multiple vehicles, including sports cars, and have consistently maintained an excellent driving record with no accidents or traffic violations. Recently, I was involved in an incident while driving near the I-5 and SR-14 during one of California’s worst storms. Another vehicle stalled ahead of me on the freeway, forcing me to take evasive action. At the same time, my Ford truck encountered a flash flood on the roadway, which caused my vehicle to lose traction, spin out of control, and collide with the center divider. Fortunately for me, Genesis and the team at this state farm branch were not like the other insurance agencies. They found a policy that worked for me, and even suggested I bundle my car insurance with a friend to save additional money. Being able to call back on a later date and actually talk to the same person was also great! They are like a life raft in a sea of horrible car insurance salesman.
