I recently switched to James Chen's insurance agency because he offered much lower premiums on housing and auto insurance. But then I also realized that he provided amazing hands-on service -- what a plus! I had to make three big changes to my housing insurance and, since his staff was on vacation, he worked on the pricing and documentation himself to facilitate my rush. He was able to deliver everything that I wanted with thorough follow-up. He's very professional and friendly, so I really enjoy working with him as well. I needed to switch my auto insurance and i was recommended to James Chen at State Farm. I was able to get a quote that was lower than what i was already paying. Needless to say, I switched over. While I was there, he explained the other services that they offered. I had no idea they offered checking accounts. With the problems I have had at the major bank chains, I decided to open a checking account as well. The whole process was easy and effortless. The staff was very friendly and helpful and James explained everything in an easy to understand manner. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
