The staff is friendly, patient, and always willing to help, no matter how big or small the question is. You can really tell Toi cares about her clients and want what’s best for them. Have not had any issues since I moved to this office, I get notifiers and emails updating me regularly, no issues, office staff is pleasant, Kayla is a newer addition to the office and she is very helpful and has great customer service, I did not feel like a bother asking questions and she was able to answer all my questions.
