Todd drove past my house everyday and nick picked my house apart saying i needed a new foof,railing. Even walked around my property without notice taking pictures then dropped my insurance.
State farm is as unethical of a company as I have come across. I questioned something and 3 weeks later STILL waiting for someone from the "corporate office" to contact me. They charge way too much so these "agents" get the BULK of your payments.
Nice people, but way too overpriced despite my "discounts" I have there. Got full coverage and my insurance went up to $180 something a month. Switched to Travelers and got full coverage for just $126. Big difference!
Todd West has been our agent for well over 15 years. He and his staff are very helpful, saving us money on a car loan we didn't know they could.
Todd has gone above and beyond for my family and I. Awesome agent who is always there when you need him!
