It's time for our policy renewal and Debbie at Gannon contacted us letting us know about our premium being higher than last policy with our current insurance carrier. She was inquiring as to whether or not we wanted them to look for other carriers that were more cost effective for us! We didn't contact Gannon they contacted us! Gannon makes you feel like you are their only client. It makes us feel good to know that they're watching out for us and our finances, especially in this day and age. I had a new windshield installed that Monday morning and every bit of my claim was digital and painless.
