I have talked to Summer and a whole lot to Audrey, I hope I spelled that right, Summer is great and returns calls in a timely fashion, helpful, not rushing to get off the phone, professional, great customer service! Audrey, wow Wee! What a great team member. She answered my questions, concerns, she was simply amazing! There isn’t enough praise to die Audrey justice, she knows her stuff, is great explaining how to do things online, making sure her what she told me to do worked! If that was my Insurance business Summer and Audrey are who I would want to handle all customer service. They both were great. Highly recommend!!!

Jennifer Navarro is my advisor, and she's been very helpful so far! She worked hard to find me very competitive rates -- and she succeeded! -- but honestly she sold me on her friendly professionalism, her responsiveness, and her solutions-oriented creativity. I'm new to State Farm after years with a different company, so I can't really speak to the coverage itself, but I can definitely say that I feel like I have a responsive and professional agent, and for me, that can make or break an insurance relationship.

Spoke with Erica about my policy at StateFarm. This call was because my new card was not charged for payment. Eric was so nice and calm educating on the changes happening with my policy. Due to the changes my account changed systems. Eric recommended I wait to make my payment so it does now show as if I was making a late payment. She said she would follow up 2 days later. As she stated she did contact me about the billing and it is ready to be completed . Erica was effective it their guidance as well as their customer service, empathy, and overall professional kind demeanor. I am so glad i spoke with her I think she needs a raise if not more vacation time. I would say an extra month would be enough. 😁

Amanda Durflinger at State Farm Insurance was awesome! Dealing with Amanda was by far one of the easiest and most enlightening experience that I have had with any auto insurance company ever. She thoroughly explained everything about the policy I would be getting, she did not call me a million times, she gave me as much time as I needed to make the decisions on changing insurance policies. They definitely have earned my business for life.
