Carla Carlow: Allstate Insurance

Amazing experience I went quote shopping but was stressed about the actual changing over. I received a call and worked with Daniel and he did the entire process with me including figuring out the issue I was having with the other major insurance carrier I was covered under the lizard, feel like I shouldn't explicitly state the name. He even called that carrier with me to cancel the plan alleviating the extra work of doing so on my end AND I am paying a third of what I was being charged! Fantastic experience all around!

Despite spending 10k on insurance across multiple portfolios every year, I keep getting ignored, I cannot get a call back from these guys. They think because the portfolio is so complex I am hostage and they can do whatever.

Allstate hates disabled veterans. I, a disabled veteran was hit by an Allstate driver. I was then left with a large rental bill to pay. The worst part is I had rental coverage on my insurance I could have used. Allstate swore there’d be no issues. Then when I called to ask why they shorted me. I was left in a mental breakdown with nothing but disregard from Jasmine, the so called adjuster…. Thanks for leaving me in nearly a suicidal state Allstate.

Carla Carlow is great! She and her associates always take great care of me. It is rare that I even have to wait until the next day to hear back from them, but it is usually 24-36 hours at "worst." Of course, a phone call is immediately answered and I am helped.

I called because my car insurance was being increased. They couldn’t explain why, just stated that that’s the way it is because of inflation. The agent I spoke to was kind of rude and sharp. I switched to progressive and my insurance was cut almost in half. I will not be using Allstate again.
