Todd is always concerned and attentive to my questions about Homeowners, auto, and my umbrella policies. He is consistent and responsive. His office staff are also knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. We would not consider shopping around to save a few dollars when customer service is their priority!

If I could give zero stars I would. This was an absolute nightmare of an experience! When I first switched to this company, I called and an agent entered my information, gave my a quote which I agreed to, and instructed me to finish setting up my account through the app. The app asked for prior proof of insurance which I sent. A couple months later I get a deposit from Allstate in my bank account with no explanation. When I called Allstate to inquire about this, I was told my policy was canceled due to improper proof of prior insurance- I was supposed to have something called a declaration which I had never heard of. My mother and son have car insurance with this agent. My wife and I have had life insurance with Allstate for over 15 years. My son had a bad accident today and we went by there to tell them about the accident and to check on what we had to do. Todd was extremely rude, he kept interrupting us and raising his voice. We told him we were just asking him what we needed to do. The accident wasn’t our fault so his agency would not have to pay. We knew that and we just wanted to know what to say and to do with the other company. It’s funny how nice they can be when collecting our money, but when things change the true character comes out.
