So have to start out by saying the Team at Chan Chitwood office is incredibly helpful and amazing at what they do. Big shout out to the lady’s, Katelynn/ Francesca/ and Melissa amazing customer service. Answered all my questions without any confusion. Highly recommend to anyone looking to start a new policy or thinking about switching over, give the Chan Chitwood office a call.

This used to be a great place. I can honestly say I have never been so disappointed by the customer service. Unfortunately im going through a break up and they made changes to my policy without confirmation from me as well as telling me they “ felt sorry “ for my x…..disgusting….. I will be looking for a different State Farm agency …. This one is disappointing at best.

Dropped by to add coverage on a new vehicle we purchased. Franchesca and Katelyn were very friendly and helpful in getting me the best coverage and price available. Multi car discounts with a clean driving record resulted in a lower price than expected. Great experience and would recommend this insurance agency.

Went in talked to Sharon about my insurance coverage and made couple updates. She was very helpful and answered my questions. Very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone for your insurance needs. I felt a lot better about my coverage afterwards.
