Please do not sign up for SCAN Advantage plan or at least do not use TMB Insurance of San Dimas CA to do so. It appears they must receive money from the government for initial enrollment. Consequently to keep enrollment payment from SCAN their agents and their own policies will abandon you in a crisis. I experienced a crisis where by I had to relocate to a state SCAN could not service. I reached out to the broker agent(Tina owner and her son Ryan TMB Services) right away by phone/vm with no response. Their company had enrolled me for new participation with Scan which was not to take effect until Jan 2026. When Tina communicated finally (Dec. 15 2025) via email she conveyed the only way to cancel after their enrollment of me was to contact Scan. My relocation was to a state Scan did not
