Have had the worst experience with them I’m in my second agent and have had the same issues the first would never return my calls nor processed my application in a timely matter. The second agent that was assigned because the first is no longer there has done the same thing I submitted a new application to see if my score would change because my health has changed significantly for the better the same the application was not submitted until I reached out to her she gave me this long excuse she stated that she would call me weekly with an update I’m still waiting for the call and it’s been over two months I am currently looking for another company have been paying this insurance for two years and completely disappointed with this office
