I have been impressed by every office staff member I've spoken with but, by far, Danielle was my favorite. There was something unique in the way Danielle listened and responded to me. She made it clear by the tone in her voice that she was there to assist me in my concerns and to solve them in whatever way was necessary and to my satisfaction. She let me down easily when she couldn't do something I had requested in solving my problem. Her gentle and caring manner really affected me to the point that, even though we spoke on December 29th (at which time I was in a cast and couldn't type or write) I remembered our encounter and want her to know on February 18th, many weeks later, that I've not forgotten and appreciate her immensely. Easy 5 stars! Quick and easy quote process! Annie, was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my options clearly. I really appreciated how smooth everything was. Getting a quote was such a positive experience! She was responsive, helpful, and made sure I understood all my coverage options. I felt confident and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend!
