I had the best experience dealing with Lion's Pride Insurance. I was honestly a little nervous because insurance can feel so overwhelming, but Jon Thorne made everything so easy. He took the time to really listen and helped me find the plan that worked best for my situation instead of just pushing something generic. He explained everything so clearly and answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. By the end of the call, I felt confident and completely comfortable with my decision. It’s rare to feel that relaxed dealing with insurance, and I truly appreciated the care and guidance that Jon provided.

I absolutely LOVE this place! We work with Tyler Moore, and can I just say how truly wonderful he is? After we had our baby, he even hand-delivered a gift to us — such a thoughtful gesture that meant so much. 🤍😭 Tyler works incredibly hard to find rates that fit our needs, always answers our calls, and is genuinely a stand-up person. We couldn’t ask for better service. We’ll continue working with them and will happily keep recommending them to everyone!

The process to determine my plan was also very detailed and personalized... based on my area and the types of health appointments I typically need throughout the year.
