Terrible service, rude people. If you need fleet insurance, find somewhere else. Nancy is rude, unprofessional, and unresponsive to emails. It is shocking they would have her interacting with clients. I’ve been with them for years, and they treat you like garbage. If you’re using a broker, don’t let them send you to Triad. I’ve been in the industry for 25 years, so please take my advice. They have a terrible system for adding and deleting vehicles from your fleet, and you were often overcharged. They may tell you it’s your responsibility to check for accuracy, even though they don’t respond to your emails. Run from Triad.
