Nearly 20 years ago I needed to find a new insurance policy for my vehicle after Progressive doubled my rate for no reason. I was living in Fremont for an internship and walked Tim Lambert's office. They have truly been excellent for the last 20 years. They are quick to answer calls, emails and also follow up quickly when they need to research something. They have offered advice and ways to save me money. While I have lived far away from their office for many years I have no intentions of ever switching. They have been here for anything I have ever needed. Keep up the great work Tim, Kristen and the rest of the staff!
