Peter, and his staff, are hands down the BEST insurance agents/company I have ever worked with. The customer service I receive is second to none. I feel that the rates are very competitive and I really appreciate how Peter explains everything and makes sure that I have all my bases covered. I will say, years ago I had switched to another agent, who was in a networking group of mine. Her rates were cheaper... but what a MESS! Chris is the best to work with! He always finds the best prices and makes sure that we are not overpaying for insurance. He makes the payment process super easy, he is extremely helpful with any accidents, and is super friendly. The great insurance price is what got our attention but Chris is what kept us as a customer with American Family - Peter Jacobus office. We have been customers for 5+ years now and as long as Chris is working there, we will be lifetime customers!

I never deal with Peter but I do Chris. Chris is Amazing, he goes above and beyond the call of duty. I would of given them a 5 star but I think there’s room for improvement with American Family not Chris. Chris is the reason I’m willing to pay more for insurance bc I know he always has my back. I think American Family could offer more and better discounts for their clients. There should be a better way to fit each individual need without having to give up to much of themselves.
