Amazing customer service, in this day and age it is refreshing to be able to talk to a live human you can understand. Very knowledgeable about what coverages you need for your home, auto or business policies. Glad to have them in our community.

We have had 2 major home claims in 1 year and they have paid for 2 motel rooms while our home was being repaired. A total of 9 months in the motel. All motel fees were paid with nothing out of pocket. Our meals were covered minus what we would normally have paid for food. Everything from floor to ceiling was replaced brand new with no charge to us except the deductible. This is above and beyond any other insurance we have ever had. They are great.

Mr. James, Tim (his son) and Ellen have given me amazing service over the last nearly 20 years. From auto claims to when a neighbors tree toasted our roof, they were all over it. FAST.
